My little postal package

This exercise provides a focus on contact and pressure so that tension can discharge.
Try to pay attention to the following things:
- Verify what you are doing each time.
- Perform all actions slowly and very precisely.
- Give a lot of attention to the touches and the pressure you apply in the process.
Take a large blanket and lay it down in a quiet place in the house.
Ask your child to lie down in the middle of the blanket.
Enjoy this shared moment!
Tell your child: 'You are about to become a postal package!'
Now wrap your child completely (make sure the head remains clear at all times):
- First I pull the blanket tight.
- Then I iron it flat.
- I fold over the foot end.
- I decorate the package with a big bow: from left to right and from top to bottom.
- I glue the stamp on it by pressing well here at the top.
- Finally, I write the name and address on it.'
Then say very surprised:
'Oh, a present was delivered! What would be in this package?'
Feel, shake, listen for a moment and pretend you have no idea what surprise is here in front of you.
Untie the imaginary ribbon, again feeling from top to bottom and left to right, all the way down to the back of your child.
Loosen one end at the feet a little and feel for a moment. Now gently tickle the toes and ask yourself aloud:
"The present is moving!? What could this be anyway?
Now open the whole package.
It is your favorite present.
(Name of your child)!
