Coconut peekaboo

Find a quiet spot in the house and ask your child to lay down there in prone position.
This exercise focuses on contact and pressure, a great way to release built-up tension.
Instruction:
Lay down gently on your stomach. Your arms are by your body, your legs are flat on the floor. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in and out.
Do this in a slow and soothing way.
Enjoy this moment of connection with your child(ren).
Instruction:
'Monkey needs help. He collects coconuts and makes a big mountain out of them. That mountain becomes very big. So big that we can't see him anymore.
Then Monkey says 1... 2... Coconut!!! And jumps out of the pile.'
'You're playing Monkey today!'
Now take the first pillow and press it firmly on your child's back. Say, 'This is the first coconut.'
Take the second pillow and place it just next to the first pillow. Continue in this way, covering your child from neck to toes with the pillows. Press each pillow briefly and gently each time, so that he/she feels each pillow properly. Finally, say, "Now you are completely hidden, under the mountain of coconuts. Do we say it together?
1... 2.... COCONUT!
The child now jumps out from under the pillows.
Repeat this game several more times.
